Marketing Manager
Optikinetics Ltd is looking for a Marketing manager to run our marketing actions across four businesses each with individual websites and customers. The manager will work with the CEO and Head of sales to develop our research, marketing and sales strategies across each of the businesses, utilising all available approaches be it electronic or more traditional. They will help to develop lead generation strategies as well as brand development campaigns for each business. With this role we are keen to find the right person so are keeping the package flexible and would be willing to offer this with flexible hours to suit current lifestyle.


R&D and Technical Manager

Optikinetics Ltd is looking for a self-motivated technically minded individual to run our R&D department as well as offer technical support across the business. Optikinetics is a group of 4 companies each all specialising in a particular field. As this is the case we need someone with a broad range of skills or the ability to learn and understand what is required as well as good project management skills. A good knowledge of electrical engineering and PCB board design is preferred along with a track record of working in both a technical environment and creative environment. The job also requires the person with good CAD and excel skills and an understanding of mechanical engineering and design. A degree in Engineering with a specialism in electrical engineering is preferred although candidates with the right skills will all be considered. The package is negotiable as we are looking for the right person to fulfill this diverse and exciting role.
